Our stores work to not only keep daily supplies of organic supplies for our communities, but we also work to keep prices stable. Stable supplies and prices is what we wish to be know for. Our educational services focus on how to empower local farmers and business owners to make a more sustainable world.

Julius left a promising medical career to start his own organic agricultural business in an effort to not only attempt to bring food security to the community that he lives in, but to provide sustainable and high income jobs, the local community. Julius received his diploma in clinical medicine and community health from the Mbale School of clinical officers. During this time he and his sister founded the lift lives foundation a non-governmental organization that provides education, health care, and business networking to youth leaders within the community.
After many years of working as a clinical officer and helping run the lift lives foundation, he noticed that a common issue was helping youth find sustainable or high income jobs. Julius’s friend and international supporter of the lift lives foundation Dr. Sarah Martin in the United States introduced Julius to Ryan Parra the owner of Sandia consultants. The two then worked to open “Julius is farm products and services” which was one farm and focused on organic agriculture, which is the practice of growing crops without the use of any chemicals or fertilizers.
The first farm opened in 2020 just as the covid pandemic hit, however, because of the specialty strategies, chemicals and fertilizer were not needed. So while other farmers had issues being able to produce crops, julius’s farm products and services had no similar issues. After the first year, the business was so successful that a farmer and a neighboring district wished to join into a partnership. After only 6 months, the second farm was profitable enough to not only pay off the debt, but both julius’s farm products and services and the farm owner were receiving monthly profits. After the successful partnership over the course of the next year and a half, three additional farms would be built!
That brings us to where we are today, Julius’s goals today still remain the same as they were 3 years ago when the business was founded.
The goal for his business is the same goal he has for his community. If he can provide both high income jobs, sustainable jobs, and jobs that can provide benefits to help assist the next generation, then it is a business worth creating!
After working as an elected official and advocate for business organizations in the United States, he quickly realized that between the flurry of registrations, taxation, networking, and administration requirements, most new owners find themselves overwhelmed.
With that, his company idea was born: “The goal was to provide business owners with someone who can help with their administration needs during the startup period.
By doing this, it allows the business owner the ability to dedicate his or her time to the business, allowing it a better chance to succeed long term.”
Rather than charging for our services, we seek partnerships.
By our business taking a minority shareholder position, we are able to help with the business day-to-day operations.
This allows us to help with all aspects and operations, while allowing the owner to have majority control.
After a time in which the business is stable, the company moves from offering daily services, to weekly and monthly reports on Business, Economic, and Education consultancy.
This means a business will have experts available to provide the support the business needs as it grows.
Keeping in mind the business does not get paid any upfront costs, the only way the company makes money is via its shareholder position. This means “Sandia Consultants” has a vested interested in making sure to provide the best services possible – the more stable and profitable the business is, the better off both parties are!
