A person(s) who is responsible for the leadership of the sales department (all sale representatives) within Kamaala Enterprises. The Sales director is responsible for overseeing all staff members within this department and will act as the main form of communication between all sale representatives and management

A person(s) whos responsibilities include: Weekly companywide budgeting, Managing tax payments, Performing internal audits/assessments, and documenting all assets weekly to be provided to Shareholders. A person(s) whos responsibilities include: performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock, any other tasks as directed by Management.
A person(s) who daily job is to perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.
A person(s) who daily job is to perform create and maintain a favorable public image for the organization they represent. They craft media releases and develop social media programs to shape public perception of their organization and increase awareness of its work and goals.
A person(s) who supervises and manages the daily activities and aspects of all farm related employees, is responsible for the daily operations of the farm, and provides education/assistance to employees when needed.
A person(s) who daily job to produce the compost the fields need while also keeping facilitates, areas, or psychical assets of the business in a good working condition.
Examples include: Keeping walkways between rows useable, keeping fields labeled, servicing tools/supplies, keeping ponds managed to size specifications, servicing chicken pens, surveying buildings, and creating/providing the compost needed for the fields. This employee will also need to assist in harvesting, trilling/fertilizing, and watering of fields, but does not need to assist in the seeding.
A person(s) who daily job is to tend the various needs of the fields. These include: Seeding, Tilling, Fertilizing, Harvesting, Weeding, and Watering of the farm. Additional jobs may be requested; however, most activities will be based on what is provided above.
A person(s) who daily job to supervise the growing all the plants in advance to their planting by the use of propagation trays. This requires daily checkup and care to seedlings being grown.
The Horticultural specialist provide what is called “Quality assurance management”. Quality assurance management is defined as, “The maintenance of a desired level of quality in a service or product. This is achieved by actively managing every stage of the process of production and delivery”.
A person(s) who daily job includes all activities dedicated to the raising of livestock. These include: Feeding, collection of animal products, health/wellness of animals, sanitation/maintenance of animal areas, this job also includes working with the manager to provide farm products to chickens as feed and helping to provide chicken waste to be used as fertilizers.
