Our stall located in the Mbale Central market was created with the goal of providing a sustainable source of organic, locally-produced food to the Mbale area. We proudly sell our products to local citizens, regional wholesalers, hotels and restaurants, and exporters. By mid-2023, we will be expanding our operations with the opening of a second stall in the business district of Kampala. This stall will not only offer food products, but also a range of locally-made manufactured products such as soap, cheese, butter, ghee, cooking flours, and cooking oils.

Mbale Organics

Our stall located in the Mbale Central market was created based on the idea of providing a sustainable source of organic food to the Mbale area. All products at our stall are organic and locally produced. This stall proudly sells our products to:

  2. Regional wholesalers
  3. Hotels and restaurants
  4. Exporters

Kampala Organics

By mid-2023, we will be proud to open our second stall in the business district of Kampala. This stall will offer not only food products, but manufactured products as well. These products are to include locally made:

  1. Soap
  2. Cheese, Butter, Ghee
  3. Cooking flours
  4. Cooking oils
  5. Manufactured food products

Expected to open within 2023, Mbale fresh will be the first multi-use organic facility in all of Uganda!

“Mbale Fresh” was created based on the idea of providing affordable organic foods and services to the community of Mbale. We hope this location will be the first in a chain of stores that will provide quality food and services to our communities, while also acting as a role model to the rest of Uganda!

This single location is expected to provide the following:

  • A local grocery store providing farm fresh organic produce.
  • A restaurant specializing in dine-in and take home ready to eat organic meals.
  • A manufacturing area, which will produce over a dozen value-added products
  • A classroom for providing organic educational seminars to the community
  • An internationally certified nutritional instructor, to provide fitness, nutrition, and health services
  • A travel center to help promote agricultural and environmental tourism
